You will provide support and assistance to qualified staff, assist with the transportation of patients, monitor and maintain stock and complete relevant documentation correctly. The position of the Health Care Assistant is to ensure that the service users needs are met and to assist the team in maintaining high standards of care delivery. We are looking for candidates with a desire to provide compassionate support and care, good communication skills, a flexible approach and enthusiasm to work within the team. All team members are responsible for behaving in a manner that does not put themselves, patients, visitors and other team members in danger or at risk in the clinical environment. To assist in the maintenance of stock levels, including pharmaceutical products. To assist in the maintenance of theatre cleanliness and tidiness and adhere to infection control policy and procedures at all times.
