Are you looking for your first dietetic role, or seeking further experience as a band 5? Come and join our caring, dynamic and friendly department at the Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. You will be part of a team comprising of over twenty dietitians, dietetic assistants, administrators and clinical nurse specialists in nutrition, all passionate about promoting excellent nutrition and hydration care. This post will provide excellent experience in general dietetics and an opportunity to gain an insight into various specialities (critical care and PN, gastroenterology, paediatrics, diabetes, HEN, oncology). We can offer rotational working opportunities on both our main sites at Basingstoke and Winchester. You should be motivated, enthusiastic with good time management skills and a good team player. To work within the dietetic team and provide a high quality, evidenced based and safe dietetic service at the Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. To be actively involved in the promotion of excellent care in Nutrition and Hydration within the Trust, which includes the training of Trust employees To be responsible for providing a high quality, efficient and effective dietetic service to delegated wards and outpatient clinic To develop, deliver and evaluate training to patients with specific condition as well as other health professionals To ensure the effective training and development of student dietitians, including documentation and supervision "}
