To support and supervise junior Occupational Therapists, Rehabilitation Assistants, students on placement and locum therapists. To assess, prescribe, issue, and instruct patients in the safe use of a variety of equipment including a range of functional aids, manual handling aids and mobility equipment. To undertake assessment of need for postural support/seating and work closely with wheelchair services and specialist seating services.
