About us Clinical Triage & Referrals : Conduct thorough triage of all ENT referrals, ensuring timely and appropriate referrals to secondary care when needed. Patient Assessments : Perform comprehensive assessments for patients presenting with ENT conditions, ensuring each patient receives a tailored, high-quality evaluation. Diagnosis & Treatment : Provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and advice on acute ENT conditions in line with local referral guidelines. Patient Empowerment : Support patients in self-managing their ENT conditions, offering treatment options and guidance that promote autonomy and well-being. Accurate Record-Keeping : Maintain precise and timely patient records through clinical software, following standardized coding practices.
