The redesign and growth within Bolton's NHS Funded Care Team has some exciting opportunities to join a committed and dedicated team of nurses. This is an excellent and exciting opportunity for developing Registered Nurses to join a committed NHS Funded Care Team as a Lead Nurse Assessor at Band 7. The posts will require case management of complex cases, the completion of detailed health needs assessments and reviews in line with current legislation and local policy regarding Continuing Health Care. There will be extensive liaison with clients, families, care providers and other professionals within the health and social care sectors. The post holder will also be required review retrospective cases preparing assessments to be presented at funding panel. The successful candidates will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to complete comprehensive nursing assessments, have good written and verbal communication skills, must have the ability to work in stressful situations and be able to priorities and organise their own workloads to meet deadlines.
