We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals with anaesthetic experience to work with our Theatre team at The Fordcombe Hospital. The role would involve working in a variety of specialist areas. Applicants must be a registered ODP or have a post registration nursing course in anaesthetics. o Assist in the delivery of patient care o To be a skilled member of the Operating Theatre Anaesthetic Team in a variety of specialities o Promote and deliver best evidence-based practice within your own scope of practice o Coordinate the use of supplies and equipment, ensuring that it is used in an appropriate and safe manner o Assist the anaesthetic team throughout the perioperative phase of care o Communicate appropriately with the multidisciplinary team involved in the care of the patient o Take part in all appropriate safety checks including WHO and complete all necessary documentation as required About us At MTW, we seek to develop a culture where everyone can reach their full potential with opportunities to grow and develop their career.
