What to expect
First, we'll enable your camera & microphone and then ask you to record a short introduction about yourself, about 30 seconds long, to make sure your camera is working ok.

Then, we'll ask you to answer one or more questions of your choice from the list below:
1. Can you tell us about your previous experience as a courier driver or in a similar role?
2. What types of vehicles have you driven, and are you comfortable with the maintenance checks required for them?
3. Have you worked within a healthcare environment before? If so, what was your experience?
4. This position involves multiple deliveries and collections. How do you prioritise your tasks when faced with tight schedules?
5. Can you describe a time when you handled a situation where a delivery needed to be made urgently? What steps did you take?
6. As a courier, you will be responsible for transporting sensitive items like medical records and surgical instruments. How do you ensure the security and integrity of these items during transit?
7. What procedures do you follow for conducting electronic vehicle checks? Can you walk us through a typical checklist?
8. How do you keep track of vehicle maintenance and performance issues? What actions do you take if you notice a defect or issue?
9. Can you explain the importance of infection control policies in your role and how you would adhere to them during your shifts?
10. Describe a time when you had to comply with specific policies or regulations. How did you ensure adherence?
11. This role requires working both independently and as part of a team. How do you manage your time and responsibilities in each scenario?
12. Can you provide an example of how you have effectively communicated with colleagues or external stakeholders in the past?
13. What would you do if you encountered a road closure or an unexpected delay while on a delivery?
14. How do you handle stress or pressure, particularly when faced with last-minute changes to your schedule?
15. You will interact with various Trust staff and members of the public. How do you ensure positive interactions with those you encounter during your deliveries?
16. Can you recall a challenging interaction with a member of the public or a colleague? How did you resolve it?
