Responding to queries in a professional, timely and customer-focused manner. Provide support for the day-to-day administration. Ensure confidentiality is always maintained adhering to Trust Policies and Christie Values Skills to be developed: Support the School of Oncology in contacting speakers to confirm agenda times as instructed and collate speaker presentations. Prepare learning materials for courses. Secure and book suitable facilities for meetings and training sessions Collate and input evaluation data for training. Provide practical support for training and induction sessions. Ability and willingness to develop a working knowledge of electronic systems including email, Microsoft packages, electronic diary management and NHS systems. Develop and Maintain Accurate Records Input data into electronic systems, eLearning systems and maintain accurate records as instructed. Communication Frequent phone, face to face and email communication is required to liaise with various colleagues and customers. Contribute to, and maintain, a positive working team environment. Skills to be developed: Represent The Christie School of Oncology at various events to provide excellent administrative support and customer service. Attend and contribute to team meetings supporting minute taking when required, issuing agendas and following up actions as directed.
