JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY The post supports the operational delivery of child protection within a clinical governance framework throughout the trust and includes the general raising of awareness of child protection practice throughout childrens and adult services. They will work with the Named Nurse for Childrens safeguarding and the Specialist Safeguarding practitioner to lead the development of child protection practice, reflecting the Clinical Service Unit, Corporate Nursing and Safeguarding business plans.
