The Outpatient & Wellbeing Service delivers holistic multi professional non-pharmacological symptom management to those living with a life limiting illness. Focus is on supporting, encouraging and empowering people to work towards what is important to them alongside encouraging local community action. The role will combine Professional practice and management skills in providing leadership and direction for the Patient-centred, family and multi-professional Support service. You will be responsible for continuing to build relationships across the North London Hospice and the communities of the London boroughs of Enfield, Barnet and Haringey to ensure service integration in the provision of specialist palliative care. This is an important team leadership role and we will be looking for candidates with strong people leadership capabilities and experience of leading and managing a team of practitioners-Social work/Spiritual care/Bereavement.
