Regular shift pattern of 0800 to 1600 with time being negotiable and adjustable. Oakwood is a nurse led community inpatient hospital with 24 beds. We are a very friendly team with In-House doctors, Nurses, health care assistants, Physiotherapists, Occupational therapists, Multi Therapy assistants. The role aims to support patients in increasing rehabilitative goals and functional abilities during a short stay to enable them to return home. We are looking for dynamic and motivated staff, who can co-ordinate and lead a programme of therapeutic activities for patients appropriate to their rehabilitation needs, provide effective communication skills, a flexible approach, and an ability to work independently under pressure. To ensure patient safety is always maintained. We offer a supportive environment for personal and professional development supported by qualified staff. The successful candidate is required to demonstrate the Trust values and meet the criteria for the responsibilities of the job description and person specification.
