Within this role you will be part of the team caring for patients. Do you have a passion for community nursing and are looking to develop your knowledge and skills within this field? If so, we currently have a Band 2 vacancy within our Community Hospitals in CTMUHB. The team of qualified nurses and health care support workers provide nursing support to adults with rehabilitation needs and support complex discharge planning, ensuring that patients are discharged to the most appropriate destination. The post holder will be part of an integrated team. You will be supported in your role by the registered nurses, Ward Manager and Deputy Ward Manager. We encourage informal visits to allow applicants to familiarise themselves with our services, and to answer any questions they may have.
