The successful candidate will primarily support patients via the advice line, but also have the ability to responsively visit patients at home when urgently required. The Community Nurse Specialist Access Team support any palliative patient, family and health care professional (within BNSSG) contacting the hospice advice line within the hours of 07:45 to 20:00 Monday to Sunday including bank holidays.
