The successful applicant will join our experienced and expanding coding/QOF team based at Castle Gardens Medical Centre in Colchester (we cannot offer home working). We require you to work 25 hours a week, working Monday to Friday, but your hours are flexible. (i.e. start time is flexible, so this may suit someone looking for school hours). Coding clinical documents accurately within a 48 hour timescale. Forwarding clinical documents to clinicians following the practice protocol. Carrying out clinical document follow-up actions following the practice protocol. Quality outcomes framework (QOF) - you will be responsible for allocated QOF clinical indicators to achieve targets for the practice.
