The role will be based inSouth East Staffordshire, covering Lichfield, Tamworth and Burton on Trent. MPFT are pleased to announce we will be providing assessments for ADHD and Autism for adults in South Staffordshire. We will be having two parts to the service, assessment and post diagnosis support. We will have a multi-disciplinary team including Consultant Psychiatrist nurses, occupational therapists, peer support workers and more. We strive to meet the needs of our locality providing a gold standard service. You will have the opportunity to work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team, which includes other allied health professionals, nursing, medics, social workers, and psychology. Your role will involve working closely with other agencies, carers, service users, families, the local community, and Community Mental Health Teams, ensuring continuity of service is provided at a high level.
