The role demands a high level of technical, administrative and communication skills that will support all aspects of Resuscitation. The post holder will be working cross site to ensure the maintenance of identified Resuscitation facilities are upheld. The post holder will have responsibility for the setting up of manikins and equipment for specific training sessions, preparation of the training environments, managing equipment stock levels, maintaining equipment and ensuring resources are available for all training programmes. The postholder will also assist in the provision of other learning resources in the educational environment. This position involves working closely with the Resuscitation Team to provide a safe, well-equipped skills training environment. The role requires energy and versatility, an ability to prioritise tasks and deal with competing agendas, as well as being able to work both independently and within a team. The post will involve moving and handling of equipment. The post holder will need to have a friendly, professional manner and be able to work as a member of a Team and working with: Internal: Head of Resuscitation, Resuscitation Leads & Resuscitation Practitioners, Core Education Team, Administrator, and Director of Education.
