The role requires lone working, use of initiative, safeguarding knowledge, a commitment to team working and carer empowerment. You will receive regular supervision and support from the wider Trust. You will need knowledge of mental health problems and have some experience of working with carers or experience of being a carer. Valid driving license and access to suitable vehicle for work purposes is essential.
