We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist with a passion for delivering effective, appropriate, and timely therapy support for patients in their own homes, ensuring that they avoid unnecessary admissions to hospital and providing goal focused rehabilitation. The South Rural Team covers a beautiful area in Suffolk that includes Hadleigh, East Bergholt and Holbrook and will be based at Beacon House, Ipswich. Please note a driving licence and access of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this role This is a full-time position, with hours/pattern of work to be negotiated. Part time hours may be considered. We are fortunate enough to be co-located with our nursing and social care colleagues and work collaboratively as part of the South Rural Integrated Neighbourhood Team. This is an opportunity to work within a knowledgeable and experienced team, working closely with the wider MDT and other community networks. We are looking for someone that is flexible, motivated, and willing to work within a changing environment. You must be able to: Demonstrate experience of working within a multi-disciplinary setting Show excellent clinical skills, providing holistic patient assessments to a range of patients. Demonstrate positive leadership qualities within the Integrated Neighbourhood Team and the wider MDT. Provide supervision and support to staff and students. Promote seamless transitions between hospital and home for patients in the South Rural area.
