Following a period of consolidation the department now seeks Production Operatives to carry out manual, technical and distribution duties in line with Good Manufacturing Practice and the department's own operating guidelines. The successful candidates will be strong team players with the desire to learn and an eye for detail. The nature of the work can at times be repetitive but requires the operators to have full concentration for the whole of the process they are working on. Mistakes cost money leading to customers not receiving their orders on time so accuracy is paramount. Flexibility is also required as the operators may be required to work on several different tasks in one day and to flex their start and finish times to fit in with production plans and meet delivery schedules. To work as part of a team to ensure defined manufacturing schedules and quality targets are met. To carry out manual, technical and distribution duties in line with Good Manufacturing Practice and the department's own operating guidelines. To work within a cleanroom environment wearing full cleanroom overalls including over boots, cleanroom suit, hood, sterile gloves, mask and eye protection where necessary.
