About us Clinical Role Function as a key member of the clinical team at St Marys, delivering primary care services to patients. Deliver a high standard of patient care as an Advanced Practitioner in general practice, using advanced autonomous clinical skills, and a broad and in-depth theoretical knowledge base. To deliver clinical assessments and primary care services for patients of St Marys surgery, both remotely (over telephone) and face-to-face, including in the surgery and in the patients own home. Provide scheduled (booked) care and on-day assessment for patients presenting to the practice with more urgent needs.
