This role will involve working with both children and adults who have a stammer, developing and refining our service for this client group as you can continue to hone your knowledge, skills and experience. Based on your experience, we will support you to progress in this role with our band 6-7 competency framework. Previous experience of working with either children or adults who have a stammer is necessary. You must want to be part of a friendly team, thrive off providing a great service and enjoy MDT working. The department offers a wide range of opportunities for CPD and is committed to providing excellent levels of support and clinical supervision including supervision sessions and in service training days. You will be actively involved in service development initiatives. We welcome informal visits prior to application so you can meet the team and know this is the right place for your career development.
