Your responsibilities will include: Operational Coordination: Coordinate clinical room usage and manage rotas to ensure proper staffing, addressing and escalating gaps as needed Team Leadership : Lead the non-clinical team, conduct 1-2-1s, appraisals, and return-to-works, and support training, onboarding, and development Administrative Support : Work with the Service Manager on initiatives, liaise with HR and Resourcing on staffing needs, and ensure policy and regulatory compliance Service Quality : Act as a point of contact for operational queries and drive improvements in patient care and service quality. Understanding of Primary Care Operations : A thorough knowledge of how primary care services function, including awareness of external factors and their potential impact on the service. Senior Administrative Skills : The ability to handle complex administrative tasks, particularly those related to workforce management, such as rota coordination and HR support. Leadership and Supervision : Proven experience in a team leader or supervisory role, with a track record of effectively managing and supporting staff. Strong organizational and time-management skills , with an ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities , with experience in team leadership or supervision. Proficiency in using IT systems ,scheduling and administrative software.
