Locum Consultant Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgeon-Foot and Ankle Surgery Please refer to the person specification in the Application Pack whilst completing your application to comply with shortlisting matrix Applications are invited for the post of Consultant in Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery at University Hospitals of Leicester with a special interested in Foot and Ankle Surgery. You will perform a wide range of Foot and Ankle Surgery . We are a forward thinking team with drive and desire to provide the best clinical care for patients and families from our locality and beyond . You will join and existing MDT of 4 surgeons and extended scope physiotherapist and secretarial and administration staff, as well as registrars and a foundation year doctors. This post is on a locum basis. Applicants should be on the GMC specialist register or, within 3 months of the interview date, have a certificate of completion of specialist training. Applicants must have FRCS (Tr & Orth) or equivalent and would ideally have appropriate subspecialty fellowship (Foot and Ankle) training. The successful appointee will be expected to participate in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and clinical audit.
