What to expect
First, we'll enable your camera & microphone and then ask you to record a short introduction about yourself, about 30 seconds long, to make sure your camera is working ok.

Then, we'll ask you to answer one or more questions of your choice from the list below:
1. Can you describe your experience with developing and implementing diversity and inclusion programmes? What strategies have you found to be the most effective?
2. How have you monitored and evaluated the success of past diversity and inclusion initiatives you’ve been involved in? Can you provide specific examples of outcomes achieved?
3. How do you engage and work collaboratively with various teams within an organisation to ensure diversity and inclusion objectives are met? Can you give an example?
4. What motivates your passion for diversity and inclusion in the workplace? How do you ensure that your personal values align with your professional responsibilities?
5. Describe a time when you faced a significant challenge related to diversity, well-being, or inclusion in a workplace setting. What steps did you take to address it?
6. How do you approach data analysis in relation to diversity and inclusion? Can you provide an example of how data informed your decision-making in a previous role?
7. Looking ahead, what trends do you believe will have the most significant impact on diversity and inclusion strategies in organisations like the NHS in the coming years?
You can answer as many of these questions as you want. Good luck!
