You will provide basic assessments, carry out follow up visits, demonstrate and fit equipment ensuring it is fit for purpose and meets needs, and support the Occupational therapists and Physiotherapist to deliver treatment plans to patients to enable them to reach their rehabilitation potential. Monitoring functional abilities, at each visit and reporting back to therapists any changes such as improvements or decline, concerns or new needs to enable further therapy interventions as required.
