Forest Lodge is a 22 bed Forensic low secure mental health inpatient ward for people aged 18 to 65 which is based in Oughtibridge , Sheffield. Forest Lodge is a friendly wonderful place to work, the team are really engaged in some exciting changes which you could be part of and instrumental in leading. We are seeking dynamic, motivated individuals with an interest in service development, quality improvement and a passion to ensure our service users receive high quality, compassionate care. The individual will work in close collaboration with the Senior Nurse Practitioner and Matron to ensure that the clinical priorities and standards of care are achieved as we move through a period of transformation. You will need to be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with experience of clinical leadership. You should be a confident, competent, and person-centered leader with a high level of knowledge and skills of inpatient care and of the standards and procedures that direct and influence this system.
