Provide specialist advice to staff on appropriate digital communication approaches. Use content management systems to create, review and update online content based on evidence from user research, user testing, feedback, and analytics. Carry out regular site maintenance including link-checking, accessibility checks, site reliability, archiving and audience usage analysis. Develop our house style and tone of voice for digital communications. Produce and present regular evaluation/analytics reports. Maintain an awareness of technology advancements and make recommendations that enhance our digital offer. Support a programme of knowledge and skills sharing within the communications team and across the wider organisation. "}
