Taking a lead role in advanced cognitive/functional assessment and treatment of patients, who frequently have complex, acute and/or chronic conditions. This may include psychosocial /emotional and cognitive issues. Responsible for participation in service reviews, audits and implementation of Evidence based therapy practice/standards alongside Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist, Highly Specialist Speech and Language therapist and Dietitian.
