Providing clinical oversight and triage for referrals to ensure that patients and family members get the right Rennie Grove Peace service in a timely manner. Developing the Coordination Centre's nursing role to ensure it provides a responsive, evidence based and high quality service to beneficiaries and professionals. Working as a Specialist Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in a different Rennie Grove Peace clinical setting on a monthly basis to maintain and develop skills. The post holder will play an active part in promoting the Rennie Grove Peace service to others including external Health and Social Care professionals and wider members of the public. The post holder will undertake activities such as audits and case review in order to improve the Coordination Centre service. Contributing to the wider strategic development of the hospice and help to translate local and national strategy relating to hospice care and enable Rennie Grove Peace to implement and deliver an effective service.
