About us We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Support Worker to join our team in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Working Hours: Monday - 9.30-12pm and Tuesday - 11.30-3pm Parents are looking for support on a Mon 930-12pm and Tues 1130-3pm with a driver carer to support taking to equine therapy and swimming. Key Responsibilities: Delivering personalized care and support to clients with complex health conditions. Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, settling during the night. Administering medication and monitoring health conditions. Providing emotional support and companionship. Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients’ conditions. Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work the specified hours.
