You will be a compassionate and empathetic individual, with the ability to connect quickly with the people we support. Your role is to grow and support the team's ability to respond effectively to individuals' past trauma, to also help build motivation and develop resources to assist people to change the way they think, feel and behave. As part of your role, you will hold a specialist caseload of clients with co-existing substance use and mental health needs. You will receive regular clinical supervision and professional support from a more senior Practitioner Psychologist in substance use and will be in a supportive environment, where you will be encouraged to develop your clinical skills as well as providing an opportunity to develop leadership skills, making a difference beyond your own individual practice.
