You will have all the skills of an experienced Administration Manager alongside the developed ability to input, store, retrieve, analyse and report on data from a client management information system. Working alongside the Team Leaders and Service Manager will have responsibility for establishing integrated management information and administrative systems across the whole service including how information is recorded, collected, used, stored and analysed to ensure that services are aligned to best meet local needs. Based in Birmingham the post will work with and support delivery of services to children, young people and families in Birmingham. Compass Birmingham MHST (Wave 12) is a new early intervention and preventative mental health and emotional wellbeing service. The service delivers evidenced based interventions for children and young people with mild to moderate mental health needs. The service is part of the national MHST Programme, which has been commissioned following the Transforming Children and Young Peoples Mental Health Care Provision: A Green Paper (2017). The post holder will directly manage the Senior Administrator and oversees the direction and support to the administration team providing for high quality, efficient and effective administrative functions.
