Versatile Work Settings : Provide care across acute settings, community clinics, residential and nursing homes, day centres, and patients' homes. Patient Treatment Management : Actively manage treatment programmes in line with care planning and discharge guidelines. Collaborative Decision-Making : Use the decision-making processes to identify when patients need referrals to other professionals or specialist areas, following agreed pathways. Nail Surgery : Perform nail surgery (undertaking procedures under supervision if not already proficient).
