The Health Care Support Worker post is a full-time role, we would be flexible and accept part time applications with a minimum of 22.5 hours. Early - 07.30 - 15.30 Late - 12.30 - 20.30 Long Day - 07:30 - 20:30 Nights - 20.15 - 07.45 Weekend and public holidays at enhanced pay! To assist registered nursing staff in providing high quality individualised nursing care to a clearly defined group of patients, relatives and carers. To assist the multidisciplinary team to aid patients in gaining independence and mobility in preparation for a safedischarge. This ranges from rehabilitation for patients after surgery, to end of life care, for which we have recently been awarded Platinum Accreditation.
