7. In what ways do you think sensitivity is crucial when conducting health assessments in community settings?
8. How familiar are you with conducting point-of-care testing, and have you had any prior experience in this area?
9. What strategies would you employ to increase the uptake of NHS Health Checks among community members?
10. How do you prioritise tasks when travelling to different locations to deliver health checks?
11. What does a supportive management team mean to you, and how have you benefited from previous supervisory roles?
12. Can you give an example of a time when you received constructive feedback? How did you respond to it?
13. The role offers a commitment to personal development. What areas of training or leadership opportunities are you particularly interested in pursuing?
14. How do you maintain a healthy work/life balance, especially in a role that may require travel and varying hours?
