To be a point of contact to assist the Homecare technicians within the Trust regarding Medicines home delivery service for Home Care Companies, Pharmacists, Clinicians, Purchasers, Contracting and Finance. To assists with the co-ordination of the pharmacy homecare medicines service and prioritising the workload set by the co-ordinator to ensure problems arising are resolved. To assists the homecare manager, pharmacists, and technicians in ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and current homecare medicines management guidance. To participate in Dispensary working rota. The post holder will be required to follow policies and procedures and communicate effectively as appropriate. To attend departmental meetings with staff members from the multi-disciplinary team.
