The post-holder will be accountable for own professional actions and recognise own professional boundaries, seeking advice and support as appropriate. The post holder will be involved in projecting a positive image of the service at all times and participate in regular supervision and the organisations appraisal system. To carry out individual and group intervention programmes under the direction of a SEND Therapies, Speech & Language Therapist, primarily in educational settings.
