This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Wirral's Community Intermediate Care Centre (CICC), where you be supporting local people to remain independent in their own homes, helping them regain confidence and independence so they can reach their full potential. We are looking for proactive and dynamic Health Care Assistant to join our multi-disciplinary team in our Community Intermediate Care Centre (CICC). The bedded unit will focus on providing high quality, integrated care for patients from within the local adult population with sub-acute health care needs. Your role will be to provide person centred care to the patients in line with their care plan. The care will be planned and assessed by the Registered Nurses and Therapists and provided under the direct supervision of the registered nurses or other members of the multidisciplinary team. To join our multidisciplinary team you must have: NVQ Level III - direct care, social care (or equivalent) caring and compassionate attitude a strong desire to help people good communication skills The post involves a 7 day/night working rota.
