The role will involve the successful candidate supporting the district nursing team to care for those living in the community who require nursing care.Applicants should be enthusiastic with an awareness of and committed to the modernisation of the service. They should be able to work well within a team and also alone.You must be able to travel between patients homes both within towns and rural areas in a timely manner and Welsh speaking is desirable.Applications may be submitted in Welsh.
