Hafod Y Wennol is a 6 bed locked assessment and rehabilitation unit.It is a dynamic and challenging work environment, supporting adults with Learning Disabilities who present with behaviours which can challenge. The unit provides multi-disciplinary assessment, intervention and rehabilitation of individuals assessed as ready to step down from low secure and locked rehab environments. Individuals will be supported to move on to more independent living within their local area. We aim to provide a high quality, person centred approach based on the Positive Behaviour Support Model of care.
