As a well-established team, we can offer experience and knowledge to support your growth. The service operates seven days a week from 08:00 - 16:00, with occasional late shifts of 10:00 - 18:00 on a rotational basis. Tunbridge Wells is easily accessible from Heathfield, East Sussex via the A267, East Grinstead via A264, and Cranbrook via the A21 within 30 minutes. The team supports patients from GP practices within the Tunbridge Wells PCN Primary Care Network (PCN). This PCN covers Pembury, Langton Green, Frant, Bidborough Ridge and surrounding areas. We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Community Staff Nurse to join our caring and progressive team in Tunbridge Wells. You will work as part of a close-knit team who are dedicated to the health and wellbeing of people in Tunbridge Wells. Tunbridge Wells is made up of a diverse patient group with complex needs. Community Staff Nurses make a difference by making sure our services are proactive and patient-focused, helping to keep people at home and independent for longer. Our District nursing teams are closely aligned with local Primary Care Networks, to make sure patient care is holistic and joined up. We believe in treating the whole person, not just the condition, so we take time to get to know our patients. Additional Working Pattern: Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm with rotational weekends.
