These roles will be permanent (subject to successful completion of a 6 month probationary period) and the current hours for the Evening Shift are 4pm-10pm Monday to Thursday, 4pm-9pm Friday and 7am-1pm Saturday. Successful candidates have the choice to work between 15-30 hours per week and any hours worked after 8pm weekdays and any hours worked on a Saturday will attract an unsocial hours premium. Occasional attendance to the office may be required so you must live within reasonable travelling distance from Bridge House, Newcastle. As part of the recruitment process, candidates who are invited to interview will be asked to complete a test prior to the interview. Tests and interviews will be held face to face in Bridge House, Newcastle. In the Supporting Information section of the application form you must answer the following 3 questions: Give an example of when you have completed a repetitive task. Give an example of when you have had to be accurate in a task The postholder will be required to input a range of data from prescription images to performance SLA's. About us In this role, you are accountable for: 1. Key appropriate information, from image, where the intelligent character recognition software (ICR) has not automatically captured information or has detected a data conflict. 2. Input data, from image, either by entering Memory Codes or, where relevant, constructing alpha-numeric codes in a standardised format or by selecting from a list. 3. Phone contact may be required with stakeholders. 4. Identifies and communicates any non-routine technical or system issues to line manager. 5. Where required, process quality sampling checks and provide feedback to colleagues. 6. Perform all duties to the required level of output and accuracy. 7. Where required, may be requested to train, coach, and mentor new staff in the duties of the role. 8. Participate in, and contribute to, the Performance Appraisal Process. 9. Demonstrate an appreciation of Quality by complying with the Quality Management System, identifying, and recommending opportunities to improve working practices. 10. Responsible for the security of documents, information and equipment under their control and undertakes all duties with due regards to the terms of the Data Protection Act. 11. Undertake such other duties as may be required commensurate with pay band and experience. "}
