The candidate will undertake all General practice chronic disease management as well as general practice nursing duties, including child / adult vaccinations, wound care and cytology(These 3 accreditations and experience are Mandatory) . Should be competent in all QuoF chronic disease reviews and immunisation We offer a highly competitive rate of pay. Ideally we are looking for a candidate to work approximately 25 -30 hrs over 5 days Fairly FLEXIBLE - ideally PM sessions across main and branch sites Ample overtime to cover colleagues holidays available . We would also welcome practice nurses with Non Medical prescribing certificate & minor ailments certificate to apply . The practice has provided practice nurse VTS training in the past .
