This post is a full time permanent opportunity working within the H.O.P.E team; a psychology led service which has been co-developed alongside people with lived experience of mental health services. Based in Blyth, the successful candidate will provide assessments, therapy, and group interventions through a combination of video calls and face-to-face appointments across community venues in Northumberland. In addition to this, the successful candidate will be involved in providing specialist training and supervision to a variety of professionals working in primary care settings including GPs, primary care mental health workers and reception staff. The main duties of the role involve providing one to one assessments, therapy, group intervention, triage, supervision, and training. You will receive regular supervision and the chance to engage in ongoing continuing professional development. You will work as part of an MDT, alongside a variety of other professionals including a family therapist and consultant clinical psychologist.
