You will support the Management Team in the day-to-day management of the ward whilst supporting junior members of staff in the clinical setting. Demonstrable post registration experience is essential to be considered. Ward 14 is a 20-bed acute Surgical Ward. Specialising in diagnosis, treatment and continuing care of adults of all ages with a wide range of general surgery, colorectal, urology & breast conditions. The successful candidate will work across the ward and coordinate patient care and take charge, supporting the Senior Sister. The successful candidate will have good leadership skills and support change. We can offer training and development both clinically and through leadership. You will need to have excellent clinical skills; knowledge and communication skills with exemplary high standards of care. You will be a role model for the team and will motivate and inspire others to be the very best they can be.
