You will have the chance to work across a variety of teams, including Neuro-Rehabilitation, Head Injury, Inpatient Neurology, and the Stroke Pathway, covering both inpatient and community stroke services. We are seeking a motivated, forward-thinking, and enthusiastic Specialist Occupational Therapist to become an integral part of our team. The therapy department is deeply committed to staff development. We offer a robust in-house training, supervision, and support program designed to help you grow professionally. We also support ongoing postgraduate education and provide dedicated time for your personal development. The successful applicant will work alongside and be supported by team leaders and co-ordinators, the wider team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, assistant practitioners and therapy assistants. This team is committed to developing their service and providing outstanding quality care for their patients. We are looking to appoint an individual who has the appropriate qualifications and significant post registration experience within the NHS having undertaken rotations in a rehabilitation setting previously, including demonstration of a flexible approach and a drive to develop themselves and the service they work in. The post requires working in different locations including different hospital sites and community settings including domiciliary visits.
