We are offering a competitive rate of £45 per hour. This is a 1-day (8 hrs) per week position, with a set rostered day of Friday. You will see up to 6 clients, but will be guaranteed pay whether you see patients or not. We cannot offer hybrid working for this role and the post-holder will be required to be on site 100% of the time. The post-holder will provide specialist clinical psychological assessment and treatment to adults with psychological and emotional needs who have been referred to the service. You will provide specialist support, guidance, and consultation on clients' psychological care to non-psychological therapy colleagues within The London Clinic, and will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team as well as psychological therapy colleagues. You will be expected to work autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the team's policies and procedures, and will be required to collect data for audits, quarterly reports, and service development. Key Duties: Provide specialist psychological assessment and treatment for a maximum of 6 individual therapy clients. Provide specialist support, guidance and consultation on clients' psychological care to other multidisciplinary professionals as needed. Work closely with talking therapy colleagues to promote communication and manager referrals across the service. Work autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the team's policies and procedures. Use organisational, skills to ensure client forms and data are collected in a timely manner for audit, teaching, policy and service development and research within the area served by the team/service.
