GMS Contract. Patient list size of 8,850. High QOF & enhanced services achievement. CQC Rating of Good last inspected 8th January 2020. Pro-active member of North Wiltshire Border Primary Care Network (NWB PCN) along with 5 other local practices. SystmOne Clinical System. Supportive training practice for trainee GPs, Year 3, 4 & 5 medical students (with University of Bristol), PA and nursing students. Daily Triage system shared by all GPs. Home visits allocated to our Specialist Practitioners. Clinical Pharmacist team support prescribing and medication reviews. Salary dependent on experience. NHS Pension. 6 weeks holiday /study leave. encouragement to develop clinical, academic or leadership interests. Key Skills and Qualifications A forward-thinking GP and team player.
