This role involves working with young people experiencing a wide variety of mental health difficulties and a learning disability, sometimes with complex social situations and neurodevelopmental challenges, so there's a real opportunity for you to make a difference. In this role, you'll be undertaking the assessment of the young person's mental health needs, collaborative formulation and providing the treatment plan drawing on a variety of interventions and involving multi-agency networking. We'll offer you in house training in a number of evidence-based interventions. There will also be the opportunity for further training based on individual learning needs.
