Provide a positive customer focused service to all visitors, patients and staff Operate cash till, responsible for cashing up own till service. Prepare salads, sandwiches and basic food items Operate dishwasher, wash pans and crockery. Deep cleaning within Catering Department. Service of food and drinks to customer. Monitor temperature controls and record. To clean, fill and document vending fill up and stock levels. To provide snacks and sandwiches for functions/hospitality setting up areas as required.
